Product Range
Every chair uses high-resilience moulded foam with instant rebound, cut and sewn on our own floor. Every model below is in production now — not a catalogue of things we could make on request. Packaging sizes and gross weights are published for all 38, so you can price freight before you ask. We also mould that same foam to other manufacturers' drawings — see the foam division below.

A Class I filed bench-top washer that closes the loop on instrument handling: the same supplier for the seating and the cleaning equipment means one less vendor to qualify. It cleans up to 18 dental handpieces plus forceps in a single 60-minute cycle, from a 40-litre stainless chamber, and runs at 50 dB or less.
Four consumable cartridges are replaced every 100 cycles and are ordered separately, so running cost stays predictable. Automatic fault diagnosis and an emergency stop are built in.
Control-panel labelling, rating plate, manual and packaging markings can all be supplied in English as well as Chinese.
Material division — Polyurethane Foam
We do not sell foam out of a catalogue. Density, hardness, rebound and dimensions are set by your requirement, not chosen from a stock range. Send a drawing, a sample or a worn-out part, and we will develop the tooling, mould it on our own rail-mounted line and finish it to the drawing — the same line that makes the cushions inside our own chairs.

We develop the moulds ourselves, so a revision does not mean sending tooling to a third party and waiting.

Buying direct

Laser cutting for sheet and tube, press-brake forming, foam moulding in our own tooling, cut-and-sew upholstery, and proof-load testing before assembly. Frames never arrive as bought-in parts.

Class I Medical Device Production Filing 20260012 is issued to a production site, not to a trading company. It is the single hardest document to fake in this category.

Carton size and gross weight for all 38 models are on the product pages. You can calculate container loading and landed cost before you ever contact us.

Because the covers are cut and sewn on our floor, private-label colours, stitching and labelling run on the same line as our own stock — not through a third party.

We manufacture our own 38 models and we also manufacture to your requirement. Under OEM, our models carry your brand, labelling, rating plate and manual. Under ODM, we develop the part from your drawing or sample and build the tooling ourselves.
Factory & Production
Steel sheet and tube are cut, bent and formed in our own plant in Ningbo. Foam is moulded in our own tooling. Upholstery is cut and sewn on our floor. Every base is proof-loaded before it is assembled.
Nothing that we can do ourselves is subcontracted — which is the part that tells you what you are actually buying.

Fibre laser cutting for flat sheet and for tube, so frames and five-star bases start here as raw steel rather than as bought-in parts.

Press-brake forming of the steel parts that go into every base and frame.

Cushions are moulded in tooling we own, on our own rail-mounted injection line.

Foam is CNC-shaped to final geometry, so cushions hold their form and match the drawing.

PU and mesh covers are cut and sewn on our own floor, which is what makes private-label colours and stitching practical.

Pedestal assemblies are built and staged in batches before the seat goes on.
Testing
The rig in the photograph is ours. A hydraulic jack applies vertical load through the column to the five-star base, and an industrial scale underneath the fixture reads the reaction. We built the jig ourselves, which is the part that matters: it means this is a routine step in our process, not a demonstration put together for a photograph.
